Facilitator
We agree to run the pilot with our internal team only. A public launch and a budget ceiling are not approved today.
Coordinator
I will send a draft pilot checklist by 14 October at 17:00 UTC.
Reviewer
I will check the keyboard and mobile flows by that same deadline. Our next check-in is 15 October at 10:00 UTC. We still need to assign the support owner.

Before sharing: verify, do not guess
- Check names, figures and decisions against the discussion or source recording.
- Get each action owner to confirm the task and deadline. If either was not agreed, write “Unassigned” or “Not agreed”.
- Separate a suggestion from an approved decision. Keep unresolved points visible.
- Label the document as draft until a human reviewer confirms it. Record the review date and any correction.
