What Decinote does
- Recording and a private meeting library
- Decinote is a browser-based meeting recorder and notes app. Save room audio, then read and edit the transcript, summary, key points, decisions and action items in your signed-in library. Pro also enables camera and supported desktop screen recording.
- Website and meeting languages
- The website is available in English, French and Arabic, including a right-to-left Arabic layout. Meeting-language options include English, French, Arabic and Spanish, plus automatic detection. Choose the main spoken language for a more predictable result. Changing the interface language does not translate existing notes.
- Read notes online or export them
- Review meeting notes directly on the website. Download editable Word (.docx), Markdown or book-style HTML, or open the device's print dialog to save a PDF when supported. Book-style HTML is not an EPUB file. Check the document language and review the file before sharing it.
- Installable web app, not a store download
- Use Decinote in a compatible browser or install its web app from the website on supported iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac devices. Installation steps vary by browser and operating system. There are no separate Decinote App Store or Google Play listings at present.
- Device permissions and online meetings
- Room recording needs microphone permission; camera recording also needs camera permission. Screen capture requires a supported desktop browser and an explicitly selected source. Shared audio depends on the browser, operating system and source. Decinote does not automatically join calls as a meeting bot or bypass another app's audio restrictions.
- Internet and automatic-note limits
- Sign-in, upload and automatic notes require internet access. Eligible saved recordings up to 100 MiB can receive an automatic transcript and draft notes; larger recordings keep editable manual notes. The file-size limit is separate from monthly minutes and storage. Keep the app visible and the device awake: do not rely on offline, locked-screen or background recording.
- Human review is part of the workflow
- AI output is a draft, not a guaranteed verbatim record. Listen to uncertain passages and check names, numbers, decisions, owners and deadlines before relying on or sharing notes. Noise, accents and mixed-language discussions can affect results. Do not invent an owner or date that the meeting did not establish.
- Consent and account access
- Before recording, inform participants and obtain every permission required in the place where the meeting occurs. Sign in with an email code or Google. Saved meetings are account-scoped; an export does not publish the private meeting on the website. Read the privacy notice for processing, retention and deletion details.
Current Free and Pro access
Card checkout is not enabled. Pro access is currently activated by an administrator or a valid gift code; availability and any terms should be confirmed with Decinote.

30 recording minutes each month, room-audio capture and 500 MiB of protected storage. Automatic notes are subject to recording eligibility and review.
Pro
600 recording minutes each month and 10 GiB of protected storage, with room audio, camera and supported desktop screen capture. Device permissions and automatic-processing limits still apply.
Questions, answered directly
Do I need an account with another AI service?
No. Decinote has its own email-code and Google sign-in. You do not need a separate AI-service account to use Decinote.
Does installing the app make recording work offline?
No. Installing the web app adds a convenient launcher; it does not provide a fully offline meeting workflow. Sign-in, upload and automatic notes need a connection. Keep the recording page open and the device awake.
Can I record every online meeting on every device?
No. Microphone, camera and shared-screen access depend on the device and browser. Screen capture is for supported desktop browsers, and not every sharing source includes audio. Test the exact setup with a short, non-sensitive recording before an important meeting.
Are automatic transcripts and notes always correct?
No. The transcript and notes can omit or misunderstand speech. Review them against the saved recording, especially names, figures, decisions and action commitments. Meeting-language selection and clear audio help but do not guarantee accuracy.
Can customers read their notes without downloading a document?
Yes. A signed-in customer can open a saved meeting in their library to review and edit its notes and transcript. Downloading Word, Markdown, book-style HTML or saving a PDF is optional.
How does Pro access work while card payments are unavailable?
An administrator can grant access or supply an eligible gift code. Access can expire or be suspended according to the applicable arrangement. Contact Decinote for team access or distribution enquiries.
